A first Digital House in Franche-Comté to provide training for women

We are delighted to open the Digital Centre in Belfort in partnership with Femmes Relais 90. The aim is to increase employability and integration for women supported by the charity who are struggling to find employment.

“For 18 years, the charity has developed activities - social, cultural, sports and training - aimed at encouraging integration, mainly for the benefit of women from other countries," explained Nicole Larcat, the director of the charity.

Staying true to its founding values and its past experience, first in terms of promoting social integration and subsequently providing employment opportunities, Femmes Relais 90 is committed to principles and values proven to be effective in the context of social care, back to work schemes and the fight for gender equality.
Building on from past actions and projects in the context of this partnership, we are committed to providing women in need with the digital skills they require.

“With this programme we hope to support women to grow in confidence and acquire new skills with the aim of giving them access to better employment opportunities,” explained Brigitte Audy, Secretary General of the Orange Foundation.

94 Digital Houses, including 24 in France, will have opened by the end of the year in all the countries where the Orange Group is active. 8,000 women will benefit from these, including 96 through Femmes Relais 90.
