We have supported the development of the French Khan Academy since 2014 through the translation of content and educational videos. From this autumn, the application will allow exercises to be completed on mobile devices.
In 2014, the digital education platform was translated into French. In partnership with Libraries Without Borders, we funded its translation and adaptation from English to French. The number of users has continued to increase over the last two years. Currently, the French Khan Academy has nearly 1.5 million visitors.
Available on all devices, the platform did not originally allow exercises to be completed on mobile devices. However, this is now possible following an application update at the end of the summer.

The Khan Academy in the Digital Schools
Deployed in the Digital Schools, the digital kit contains a light version of the French Khan Academy called KA Lite. This offline version allows students in schools with few resources to access all of the Khan Academy’s educational content. 130,000 students now benefit from a digital education kit across 500 countries!
