La co[opéra]tive

Managed by: Loic Boissier

Their name wasn’t a coincidence: La co[opéra]tive is four public theatres in Quimper, Dunkirk, Compiègne and Besançon which have got together to create opera together and perform it at other opera houses and national stages. Their objective? To show that excellent shows can be performed in average towns without it being too expensive, and to perform opera where it is rarely or never performed. For its third opus, la co[opéra]tive is offering a performance of Rinaldo by Haendel. Directed by Bertrand Cuiller and produced by Claire Dancoisne, the Rinaldo opera will be performed in 2018 in fifteen towns in France.
