Romain, aged 23, has always been both creative and driven. After being diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome, a form of autism, at age 8, he completed his education and earned a vocational high school diploma in Fashion. He held his first fashion show in 2014, with the help of his family and the “Asperger Family” association. Romain, who is now a designer and stylist based in Rouen, has always turned his neurological difference into a strength, drawing on it to innovate and create with passion. His dream is to create a custom luxury collection with no fittings required, designed for everyone: a wedding gown for wheelchair users, unique and ultra-feminine evening wear...
Romain, who is totally absorbed in his design work, needs a “Boost” to produce and promote his collection. We are awarding him 15,000 euros to fund his project.
A “Boost” to support integration for people with autism
We want to help people with high-functioning autism, who lack social awareness, by providing access to financial support or the skills they need. Musicians, stylists, authors, therapists... Exceptional talents that just need a little boost to succeed professionally.
A “Boost” for a new beginning!
