TSARA available for mobiles, tablets and computers

TSARA, the first game to raise awareness of how to support people with autism, is now available on computers.

Since 7 April 2016, TSARA has been available for free in the Android and Apple stores, in English and French. From today, the TSARA game is available from: http://play.tsara-autisme.com

This ‘serious game’ shows players how to adopt best practices, and learn the best ways to interact with people with autism. It is aimed at anyone who interacts with people with autism.

In TSARA, players become a helper (teacher, parent, friend, sibling, colleague, etc.) who helps Adam, a young person with autism, to deal with difficult situations which arise in everyday life. We follow Adam through his life, from childhood to adulthood. The game takes place in a range of places and presents scenes inspired by real situations (at school, at the dentist, at work, at the supermarket...).
The responses set out by Tsara are taken from autism-related recommendations given by the National Health Authority (HAS), the National Agency for the Evaluation of the Quality of Social and Medico-social Establishments and Services (ANESM, 2010.20121, 2012) and the Ministry of Education (2009).

As the project’s main patron, this year we funded the web version of TSARA to make the game even more accessible, particularly for schools.
