Music, dance and vice versa

The 4th Solidarity FabLabs challenge!

Robisz.to  -  Poland

Three young makers (19 to 24 years old), who participated in a social project dedicated to young people in difficult life situations, invented with a musician a device allowing to combine dance, music and electronics. What’ s their idea? The device reacts to the movement and creates the sound. Music invites us to dance! The young makers want to cooperate with dance and movement schools, which are very interested in such experiment at their classes. Maybe there will be a version of device soon that can stand in the center of Warsaw and will revive space. Pedestrians traffic will create the music, which in natural way encourage people to dance and bring the positive thoughts and emotions.

Vote for the third Solidarity FabLab challenge!

Since 2015, we have offered free training in our Solidarity FabLabs to young people leading difficult lives. In the FabLabs they learn digital manufacturing, teamwork and perhaps a future trade. Our international challenge is aimed at them. It allows them to use our FabLabs to develop a project from A to Z and show everything they are capable of doing today. This year, it is all about using digital technology to devise and produce creations for the worlds of fashion, design and the arts.
